This is a great collar for the price. We
received these dog collars and right away noticed
that the d-ring is actually an O ring that is
attached to the inside of the collar. The designer
says this is to help prevent excess weight on the
dog's neck by the buckle. It more evenly
distributes the weight of the ID Tags. The outside is a soft olive color
woven ribbon with black threads in the center. The
inside of the dog collar is a soft and sturdy
black nylon with padding in the center.
