be the Belle of the ball in this dress Black velvet bodice
with a skirt of fuchsia tulle and a layer of black stripes
with fishnet and topped with a fun fuchsia flower. An
original design.

based on spine. Measure your pet from the top of spine or
where their collar lands to the base of tail.

Labrador. There are designers of dog clothing though who
design for all breeds, big and small.
